Who can take part
- You have AML that returned or didn't respond to previous treatment with venetoclax plus a hypomethylating agent (like azacitidine or decitabine).
- Your leukemia cells test positive for CD123 (a protein on the cell surface).
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- Your albumin (a blood protein) level is 3.2 g/dL or higher at screening (no supplements allowed).
- Your heart function is adequate, with an LVEF of 50% or more and a normal EKG.
