Who can take part

  • You are age 1 to 21 at the time of study enrollment.
  • You have a relapsed or resistant blood cancer (like leukemia or certain lymphomas).
  • Your cancer cells must test positive for CD123 on a recent sample (by flow cytometry or tissue staining).
  • You must fit the study disease status rules (for example: second-or-later relapse, or resistant after several chemotherapy cycles).
  • Your body must be healthy enough for treatment (blood counts and heart, kidney, liver, and lung function checks).
  • You must have recovered from side effects of prior treatment and meet timing rules for recent chemo, radiation, or other therapies.
