This trial tests a new drug combo (tagraxofusp, azacitidine, and venetoclax) for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have very small amounts of cancer cells still present after initial treatment. The goal is to see if it can clear these leftover cells and prevent the cancer from coming back.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
  • Your leukemia is in remission (complete or partial) with less than 5% blast cells in your bone marrow.
  • You have a very small amount of leftover leukemia cells (at least 0.1% detected by a special test).
  • You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and heart are working well enough based on recent blood tests and a heart scan.
