Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have liver cancer that has spread into the bile ducts and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You haven't had any cancer treatment (like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted drugs) for this cancer before.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT or MRI scan and is at least 1 cm across.
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1), have good liver function (Child-Pugh A or B), and your blood counts are normal enough.
