If you have had 1 to 3 prior therapies and are eligible for one of two standard drug regimens, this study may help find the best approach for you.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your multiple myeloma has come back after 1 to 3 prior treatments.
  • You have had a good partial response or better to your last therapy.
  • You are eligible for either isatuximab plus pomalidomide or isatuximab plus carfilzomib.
  • You are not refractory or intolerant to anti-CD38 antibody drugs.
  • You have not had an allogeneic stem cell transplant and are not planning a stem cell transplant before the disease gets worse.
