Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a VA neurologist.
  • Your Parkinson's is at Hoehn and Yahr stages 2 or 3 (mild to moderate symptoms).
  • You experience freezing of gait (feeling like your feet are stuck to the floor when trying to walk).
  • You can walk for 2 minutes without using a cane, walker, or other assistive device.
  • Your Parkinson's medications have been stable for the past 4 weeks and are expected to stay stable during the study.
