Who can take part
- Diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (the common form, not caused by something else)
- Experience walking or balance problems that a neurologist has confirmed
- Parkinson's stage 2–4 (moderate disease progression)
- Stable on your Parkinson's medications for at least 30 days before starting
- No history of brain surgery, traumatic brain injury, or stroke
- Able to safely use the ear device at home, either alone or with a caregiver's help
- No implanted devices like pacemakers that aren't compatible with MRI scans
