  • You must speak English or Spanish
  • You must be at least 20 years old
  • You must have a systolic blood pressure of 120 mmHg or higher
  • You cannot have a serious medical condition like Parkinson's disease, severe mental illness, or substance use disorder
  • You cannot have a history of heart disease or cancer
  • You cannot be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or less than one year after giving birth
