- You are between 30 and 65 years old
- You speak English fluently
- At least one person in your couple has a systolic blood pressure of 120 mmHg or higher
- You have sleep problems, such as sleeping too little, too much, or at irregular times
- You do not have a history of heart disease, stroke, or cancer
- You are able to understand and follow study instructions on your own
