Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with patellofemoral pain syndrome (front knee pain) by an orthopedic doctor
  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 29.9
  • You have had non-injury related knee pain for more than 2 weeks
  • The pain happens during at least two of these: running, jumping, squatting, kneeling, using stairs, or sitting for a long time
