Who can take part
- You are male and under 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that is at an advanced stage (stage III or IV).
- You have not had any chemotherapy or radiation therapy for this lymphoma before.
- You are expected to live at least 6 more months and have adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function.
- You must agree to use effective birth control for 12 months after treatment if you are sexually active.
