Who can take part

  • You have had repeated ankle sprains or a feeling that your ankle is unstable for at least 6 months.
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Your BMI is less than 30.
  • You have not had any recent leg injury, fracture, or surgery in the last 3 months.
  • You have not participated in formal ankle rehab in the last 3 months.
