Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not been treated before.
- You do not have an EGFR mutation (like 19del, L858R, or T790M) in your tumor.
- You have a tumor blocking at least 1/3 of your windpipe or main airways, and you are willing to have a bronchoscopy (a camera through the mouth) to treat it.
- You are in fairly good health (ECOG score 0 to 2) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
