  • You or your child has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes
  • You or your child is currently receiving medical treatment for diabetes
  • You or your child does not have a major psychiatric disorder or cognitive difficulties
  • You or your child is able and willing to give consent (or a parent can give permission)
