Who can take part
- You have pain in only one shoulder that started without an injury.
- Your pain has been at least a 4 out of 10 and lasted for 3 months or longer.
- You have at least 3 positive shoulder impingement tests (like the painful arc test) as checked by a doctor.
- You do not have other shoulder problems like instability, frozen shoulder, a complete rotator cuff tear, or neck-related pain.
