Who can take part

  • You have had pain on the outside of your elbow for more than 3 months.
  • Gripping or squeezing things makes the pain worse.
  • You have been diagnosed with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) by a doctor using specific tests.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have conditions like fibromyalgia, diabetes, or arthritis that affect your whole body.
  • You have not had physiotherapy or steroid shots for this elbow problem recently.
