  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are a patient of the mobile health unit.
  • Your blood pressure is at least 120/80 (the top number 120 or higher, or the bottom number 80 or higher).
  • You have a phone that can receive text messages.
  • You are not currently pregnant.
  • You are not already in another research study through the mobile health unit.
