  • You are between 16 and 30 years old
  • You have pain in only one elbow
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9
  • You are not a competitive athlete
  • Your elbow pain has lasted more than 6 weeks and you have not had physical therapy for it in the last 6 months
