Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • A doctor has confirmed you have tennis elbow (pain on the outside of your elbow)
  • You are willing to do exercises and learn about your condition
  • You have not had a steroid injection in your elbow in the last 6 weeks
  • You have no recent injury (last 6 months) to the same arm
  • You do not have a pacemaker, metal implants near your elbow, or certain chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia
