Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a type of advanced solid tumor (like colon, lung, or breast cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments either didn't work or aren't available.
- You should be well enough to perform your daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- Your blood counts (hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets) and liver/kidney function must be within certain limits.
- You must not be pregnant or nursing, and if of childbearing potential, must use reliable contraception during the study and for 3 months after.
- You cannot have had major surgery, certain heart conditions, severe infections, or used other investigational drugs recently.
