Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have at least moderate symptoms of depression (score of 10 or more on a standard depression questionnaire)
  • You have felt sad or lost interest in things you used to enjoy in the past two weeks
  • You do not have very severe depression (score of 20 or more on the questionnaire)
  • You have no current thoughts of suicide, mania, or psychosis
