- You are 18 years old or older
- You live in the 21-52 region of France
- You were diagnosed with a non-severe pulmonary embolism (a blood clot in the lung) and treated at Dijon or Langres University Hospital within the last 24 hours
- You can take blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants)
- You are covered by French social security and have given your oral consent to join
