Who can take part
- You have symptoms of a fresh lung blood clot (pulmonary embolism) that started 14 days ago or less
- Your heart strain test is high enough (RV/LV ratio 0.9 or more) on a CT angiogram or ultrasound (echocardiogram)
- Your planned first treatment is the Indigo Aspiration System, done according to its instructions
- You are 18 years or older and can give informed consent
- You do not have reasons you cannot take blood thinners (anticoagulants) at treatment doses
