- You are between 25 and 70 years old.
- You have a missing tooth (or teeth) in your upper back jaw, and the bone in that spot is fully healed.
- There is enough bone in that area — at least 10 mm tall and 5.5 mm wide.
- You have healthy gums (no deep pockets or bleeding when probed) and you maintain good oral hygiene.
- You are not pregnant, not a smoker, and don't have habits like heavy drinking or teeth grinding that could affect healing.
