Who can take part
- You can sign consent (and you are between 18 and 75 years old).
- Your liver cancer diagnosis is confirmed as hepatocellular carcinoma (not certain rare subtypes).
- You have hepatitis B infection with specific blood test levels (HBsAg positive with low HBV DNA, or HBcAb positive with HBsAg negative and low HBV DNA).
- You have not had prior whole-body (systemic) cancer treatment for liver cancer and you have advanced disease that’s not suitable for surgery/local treatments.
- Your cancer is measurable on scans, and there has been disease progression in a previously treated area if one exists.
- Your overall health and organ tests meet study thresholds (good performance status, adequate blood counts, liver/kidney function, and heart pumping ability).
