Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had your first stroke, which was caused by a blockage or bleeding in the brain.
  • Your stroke happened between 6 months and 2 years ago.
  • You can move your fingers on your own (at least some movement).
  • You do not have other major brain or mental health conditions, and you can sit in a chair to do exercises.
  • You are able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants or claustrophobia).
