This study compares two different ways to help improve arm movement after a stroke. It looks at perceptual motor training (which helps with planning and coordinating movements) versus repetitive facilitation exercises (which use repeated, guided movements to retrain the muscles). If you have had a stroke and have mild to moderate arm weakness, this trial may help you regain function.

Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 65 years old
- You have had your first stroke, confirmed by an MRI
- You have mild to moderate weakness in one arm
- Your stroke happened at least a week ago (sub-acute or chronic stage)
- You can understand and follow simple instructions for the exercises
- Your arm muscles are not too stiff (score less than 3 on the Modified Ashworth Scale)
