  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of chronic granulomatous disease (CGD).
  • Your CGD diagnosis must be based on a specific lab test showing very low NADPH oxidase activity or a confirmed gene mutation.
  • You or your legal guardian must be able to sign a consent form.
