Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have severe idiopathic pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs with no known cause)
  • Your symptoms are severe (WHO class III or IV), meaning you get short of breath even with light activity or at rest
  • Your NT-proBNP level (a heart stress marker) is 650 or higher
  • You have been on a triple medication plan for at least 3 months
