Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- Tests show pulmonary artery pressure is high (mean pulmonary artery pressure over 25 mmHg).
- Your right-side heart is working poorly based on heart ultrasound/scan measures.
- Your lung blood vessels are stiff (pulmonary compliance under 3.0 ml/mmHg) and your CT scan shows the device can fit.
- You are in an eligible PH category (commonly Group 1 pulmonary arterial hypertension), still symptomatic despite PH medicines for at least 90 days.
