Who can take part

  • You are 65 years old or older.
  • You have noticed your memory declining and scored between 19 and 25 on a special memory test (the Hong Kong MoCA).
  • You can do your daily activities, like dressing and bathing, without help, and you can walk for at least 1 minute without a cane or walker.
  • You do not have serious vision or hearing problems that would make it hard to do the tests.
  • You are not taking any antidepressant or stimulant medications, and you do not have a condition that would make brain stimulation unsafe (like a pacemaker or metal implants in your head).
