Who can take part
- You are 60 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) thought to be caused by early Alzheimer's disease.
- You have noticeable memory or thinking problems beyond normal aging, but not severe enough to be dementia.
- You can read and communicate in English (with glasses or hearing aids if needed).
- You are not currently taking medications like donepezil, rivastigmine, galantamine, or memantine for memory.
- You do not have an active major depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or substance use problem in the last 3 months.
