  • You have moderate to severe or severe aortic regurgitation and your doctor says you need a valve replacement.
  • You are eligible for both the new Trilogy valve procedure and standard open-heart surgery.
  • You are willing to be randomly assigned to either the Trilogy valve or surgery.
  • You agree to return for all required follow-up visits after the procedure.
  • You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) and can provide consent.
