  • Women aged 18–45 with regular menstrual cycles (25–35 days)
  • Has been diagnosed with depression that gets worse before your period
  • Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to get pregnant
  • Not smoking or taking hormone medications (like birth control pills)
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 29
