Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have metastatic breast cancer or metastatic prostate cancer that has worsened after at least two prior treatments.
  • Your cancer is HER2 positive or negative (specific types allowed).
  • You have adequate organ function, such as normal blood cell counts and liver/kidney function.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with minimal help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You do not have serious heart disease, active infections, or autoimmune conditions requiring treatment.
