Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 75 years old
  • You had a stroke caused by a blood clot or bleeding in the brain
  • You can talk and understand instructions easily
  • You have tightness (spasticity) in your calf muscle, but you can still put your heel on the ground
  • You can walk on your own (with or without a walker or cane)
  • You weigh less than 150 kilograms (about 330 pounds)
