This study uses chest CT images to assess stroke risk in people with atrial fibrillation (AFib). You may be eligible if you have AFib, a chest CT scan, and your prior procedures do not exclude you.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AFib) using an ECG, a 24-hour heart monitor, a portable heart monitor, or a pacemaker/defibrillator recording.
- Your AFib episodes last at least 30 seconds.
- You have had a chest CT scan that is available for review.
- Your medical records are complete and available.
- You do not have valve-related AFib (such as from rheumatic heart disease or a valve replacement).
- You have not had left atrial appendage closure, and you have not had a successful ablation or cardioversion without AFib coming back.
