Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic cancer that has not responded to standard treatments or you cannot take them.
  • A lab test shows your tumor has a defect in DNA repair (called a DDR deficiency, like a BRCA mutation).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You have not had a PARG inhibitor before, and your brain tumors (if any) are stable and not requiring steroids.
