Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that hasn't responded to standard treatments or has no standard treatments available.
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to provide a tumor tissue sample (from a previous biopsy or a new one).
  • You are in generally good daily condition (able to care for yourself and up and about more than 50% of waking hours).
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are within acceptable ranges (tested before the trial).
  • You do not have untreated brain metastases, heart rhythm problems, serious lung disease, or other major health issues that could interfere.
