Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 18 years old and have reached the final stage of puberty (Stage 5).
  • You are obese (BMI at or above the 95th percentile for your age) and have at least one metabolic problem like fatty liver, insulin resistance, prediabetes, or abnormal cholesterol.
  • Your weight has stayed stable (within about 9 pounds) for the last 3 months.
  • You have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and know how to use it.
  • You speak, read, and understand Turkish.
