Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with certain EGFR mutations, or NSCLC without those mutations, or triple-negative or ER-low breast cancer
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
- You do not have mixed small cell and non-small cell lung cancer
- You do not have a history of severe heart disease or serious recurrent infections
