- You are between 18 and 30 years old
- You are currently enrolled as a student at the Autonomous University of Baja California
- You are willing to attend at least 80% of the mindfulness sessions and complete all assessments
- You have not been diagnosed with a neurological or psychiatric disorder, including severe anxiety or depression
- You are not currently in another psychological or psychiatric treatment program
