Who can take part
- You have a recent diagnosis of Alzheimer's or related dementia (within about 3 months).
- Your memory or thinking symptoms started after age 65.
- You are in the early stages of dementia, with a doctor's assessment showing mild problems (CDR score of 0.5 or 1.0).
- You live with a partner or family member who is also joining the study.
- Both you and your partner speak English and are 18 or older.
- At least one of you is feeling significant emotional distress (like anxiety or depression) as measured by a screening questionnaire.
