Who can take part

  • You have pain or trouble with your jaw joint (TMJ).
  • A special jaw X-ray (CBCT) shows your joint is not in the correct position, or the space between the jawbone and socket is too small.
  • You live within a 90-minute drive from the clinic and have reliable transportation.
  • You are willing to come back for a 4- to 6-month follow-up visit if your symptoms improve.
  • You are not planning to move away in the next 9 months.
  • You can provide two phone numbers and two email addresses for contact.
