Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung).
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must not have had any prior treatment for extensive-stage disease, OR you can have had only one prior treatment that included a PD-1/PD-L1 drug and chemotherapy and that worked for at least 3 months.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You must be in fairly good health otherwise, with normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and no active infections or autoimmune diseases that need strong medications.
