Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have been diagnosed with glioblastoma and already completed radiation therapy with temozolomide.
  • You must be in fairly good health, able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score of 60% or higher).
  • For the first part of the study, your tumor must have a specific marker called HLA-A2 and express a protein called PTPRZ1.
  • You must have tumor tissue available for additional testing.
  • You must not be taking high doses of steroids (more than 10 mg of prednisone daily).
