- You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer.
- You have not had any other cancer treatment except surgery or the standard chemoradiation.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your major organs (like kidneys, liver, and bone marrow) are working well enough, and you cannot use transfusions or growth factors to meet these levels.
- You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
