Who can take part
- You have advanced melanoma (stage 4) that cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have not had immunotherapy for advanced disease before, or if you did as an extra treatment after surgery, it was at least 6 months ago.
- You are able to swallow capsules and are willing to provide blood, stool, and tumor samples.
- You have not taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks, and you do not have a serious autoimmune disease or active infection.
- You do not have uncontrolled brain metastases, inflammatory bowel disease, or a history of HIV or organ transplant.
