- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- You have had a stroke.
- You have at least some movement in your hand and wrist (able to move against gravity, but not yet full strength).
- Your wrist can move enough to do daily tasks like picking up an object.
- You do not have severe muscle tightness in your arm (stiffness is mild).
