- You are between 40 and 65 years old.
- You had a stroke recently (subacute stage) and it's been less than a few months.
- Your arm movement is moderately affected, scoring between 40 and 60 on a standard arm function test.
- You have trouble with fine hand skills, like picking up small objects (scoring under 20 on the Box and Block test).
- You use your affected arm less than half as much as you could, and your movements are not smooth or coordinated based on a daily activity survey.
